Writers Talk with Tim Dee

Ellen Wilkinson and Holly Corfield Carr have invited acclaimed writer and radio producer Tim Dee to combine field recordings with readings and discussion to give voice to our local landscapes. Presented in collaboration with Festival of Ideas.


The event is part of a lively programme of public art projects, talks, workshops and trips that take as a starting point ideas evoked by the Whitchurch and Hengrove Community Orchard.

Future Perfect:

Future Perfect is an ambitious public art programme for Hengrove in south Bristol, commissioned by Bristol City Council and curated by Theresa Bergne (Field Art Projects) and Jes Fernie. The programme consists of three commissions by international artists Martino Gamper, Nils Norman and David Thorpe. All three artists have had extensive, fruitful conversations with local people, groups and schools in Hengrove throughout the process of developing their work.
